I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms, or if the commission itself makes me uncomfortable. I may also decline a commission If I believe I cannot complete it to quality.

I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio.

If you wish for the commission to be kept private and not be posted to any of my galleries then please let me know beforehand.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, NFT, or AI.

You DO have the rights to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.) My signature must not be altered and needs to be clearly read when re-uploading.

Credit must be given.

Anything to do with the jaw being explicitly broken, wired shut, or mangled. Healed scars are perfectly fine! But depending on the severity i may still decline

Zombies, forsaken, overly corpse-like death knights. Anything that requires heavy of explicit gore is a no.

Racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia, etc. (i will not do anything gross or dehumanizing)

Extreme gore

Complex and explicit machinery, MEKA, heavily detailed robots

Once your commission request is sent in, i will shoot off a confirmation on a listed social to gather further information on what it is you are wanting me to draw.

once any needed clarifications are answered, I will get started on a sketch and send it to you once it's finished for approval. Once the sketch is approved, I will send you an invoice, and after you approve of the invoice and payment is received, I will begin work on your commission as soon as possible to its completion.

Sketch poses that are made, and not chosen for the final commission, may be used else where as personal work, YCH, or otherwise lost to the void.

Do not send me payment until I ask of you to.

You may ask for a work-in-progress at any time. However, I do tend to send a WIP at least once at each stage of the commission (I like to make sure the customer is 100% aware of what I’m doing and also is 100% satisfied with my work.)

Once the image is finished, I'll send you a full resolution file with my signature. A watermarked variant will be posted on my public socials.

Let me know if you do not want your commission shared publicly.

Payments are made in GBP (Great Biritish Pound) via Invoices through Paypal, a valid Paypal email is required to be able to receive the invoice.

If you are unable to pay with Paypal, I will direct you to my Ko-Fi. Currently those are my only means of payment.

Payment is due upfront after a sketch is completed and agreed upon. No further progress on the piece will be made until the invoice is filled and payment is received.

Payment received will not be spent until completion of the artwork.

All commissions will be done in a three month time frame -- often your commission will be completed closer to a 1-4 week period and I WILL provide constant updates both unprompted and prompted. However, if a delay occurs, your commission is guaranteed to be completed within 3 months regardless of the delay.

You will also be notified of any delay, and the updated estimated timeframe of your commission being completed.

I do not offer full refunds as I can only refund work that was not done.

If you are unsatisfied with your completed piece I will not refund it, but I may offer to remake it or ask what could be changed that would make you satisfied with the work and continue the discussion from there.

All changes are free of charge when I ask if there are any changes/corrections you need me to do. If you wait until I am sending you the final resolution I will ask for a fee depending on the correction.

If you wish to cancel the commission before it is completed, I will give a partial refund and the export of the work in its current state. You may not go to another artist to complete the artwork, regardless of the reasoning for your wanting to cancel, in this instance.

If for any reason I wish to cancel the commission, whether it be I no longer believe I can complete the work to quality, or something has happened and I am no longer comfortable working on the commission; I will give a full refund and remove the work altogether from my files.

Please do not send me any form of payment without my consent.
